NY Vape Shop Saber Wax Pen I was very pleased with my time using the Saber Vape Pen. It’s durable, but sleek design means it’s perfect for taking with you anywhere. It’s especially perfect for any novice vapers who are looking to learn more about variable temperature settings. That being said, it’s still perfectly adequate for any moderate vapers who are just looking for a portable device to take on the go. However, if you’re someone who only enjoys tons of airflow or extremely high output, this may not be the best pen for you. Whether this is your first pen or you’re just looking for a portable device, everyone else will find their reason to love the Saber Vape Pen For Wax.

The Saber Vape Pen is a fantastic little pen for anyone looking to break into the world of wax and dabs.

As more and more people become aware of the many benefits of vaping cannabis, there is a growing number of people looking for an easy way to enjoy wax and dabs. It can be very confusing when you’re just starting out, so having a straightforward and easy to use device is a major plus. That’s where the Saber Vape Pen truly shines, offering a simple, but effective way to enjoy your favorite type of concentrate. But don’t be fooled, the Saber provides plenty of versatility for anyone looking to experiment and learn.

Your purchase of the Saber Vape Pen comes with the Saber 650mAh battery, magnetic atomizer chamber and two types of replaceable coils (a dual quartz rod coil and a ceramic donut coil). It’s worth mentioning that all of this comes in one seriously stylish package; I actually loved the box so much that I kept it. You’ll also receive a dabbing tool along with the magnetic charger and user manual. The Saber Vape Pen comes with everything you need to get started vaping except the concentrates.

Options and Features

The Saber Vape Pen is a very sleek and stylish little vaporizer. The single button design is yet another reason why it’s perfect for those who are just learning the ropes of vaping. It’s very portable at only 4.75 inches high and half an inch in diameter, but that doesn’t mean it can’t pack a punch. The internal 650 mAh battery offers fantastic vapor production when paired with the included family of coils.

Coils have the most substantial impact on the quality of vapor produced. The Saber’s included dual quartz rod coil and ceramic donut coil are both perfectly paired with the battery to provide a consistently great experience. The ceramic coil is known for offering a more robust mouthfeel, while the quartz coils are the best for fantastic flavor.

One of the best features of the Saber Pen is the simmer settings and the temperature controls. Both modes have three distinct temperatures to provide the user with the ability to experiment around and find what’s best for them. The simmer setting will let the pen reach, then maintain a specific temperature without deviating, either 300, 390, or 480 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperature control mode is a little different, with it reaching a set temperature, but then allowing the user to press the firing button again to increase the heat for an extra powerful hit. I had a lot of fun playing around with these controls, even after I found my ideal setup.

Pros

I had a great time reviewing the Saber Vape Pen For Wax. While it wasn’t the greatest vaping experience of my life, I was consistently impressed by the consistency and quality of the vapor given how much the kit costs. I particularly loved how long lasting the battery was. I found myself not having to charge it very often, even when using it more heavily. This is a testament to the technology that went into creating this device. Especially for how small and portable it is, I was very happy with how long it lasted between charges.

Another major plus was the magnetic design used throughout. While this feature is no longer unheard of, it’s still not very common given how useful and easy it is. Saber used strong magnets to hold the battery, chamber, mouthpiece, and even charger together. This dramatically reduces how fast these pieces become sticky, as they’re no longer being screwed together exacerbating the issue. More brands need to start implementing the magnetic design, primarily when it’s done as well as on the Saber.

We’ve already touched on it a few times, but it’s worth repeating that one of the best pros of this device is just how easy it is to pick up and use, even for beginners. From the single button design to the magnetic connections and easy to change coils, everything about the Saber is ideal for someone just figuring things out. Once you get the hang of things, the variable temperature and simmer settings will allow you to take the next step on your vaping journey without needing a new device. So while it’s versatile enough for advanced vapers looking for an on-the-go device, it shines brightest while lighting the path for new vapers.

Cons

The Saber is ideal for newcomers to the world of vaping, but that doesn’t mean it’s without flaws. For one thing, it does require fairly regular cleaning. This is true for any vaporizer, but I did find that to get the vapor I was looking for I needed to ensure that the coils, mouthpiece, and airflow slots were clear. This wasn’t a deal breaker by any means, but it was a bit of a hassle at times. I found that by committing to clean it almost every time I finished a session was the best way to keep things working smoothly.

The only other major issue I had with the Saber Vape Pen concerned the battery, or rather the LED indicators. While the battery life itself was very long lasting, I did find it hard to determine when it was nearing depletion. In fact, precisely because the battery lasted so long, I found it even harder to keep track of how long it had been since the last charge. It would have been better if there was an indication for when the battery is lower than 50%. Other pens I’ve used will at least slightly change the color of the LED as the battery loses charge. But ultimately this didn’t have a massive impact on my enjoyment of the Saber; it just led me to charge it more regularly.

Conclusion

I was very pleased with my time using the Saber Vape Pen. It’s durable, but sleek design means it’s perfect for taking with you anywhere. It’s especially perfect for any novice vapers who are looking to learn more about variable temperature settings.
